About the Role


Torrens Transit Services Pty Ltd is an operator of the Metropolitan Bus fleet in Adelaide. We are currently seeking to fill an Office Administrator Position at our Newton Depot.


Key Role Requirements

  • Administration of weekly pays for Operational and Workshops staff
  • Management of the Administration Office including Reception
  • Ensuring timely presentation of monthly Accounts and periodic
  • Financial and Operational Reports
  • Administration related to Accident documentation

Skills, Qualifications & Experience

  • Competence in Microsoft applications
  • Competent Data Entry skills
  • Sound knowledge and demonstrated working ability in both
  • Payroll and Accounting applications
  • Demonstrated diligence in meeting stringent Reporting deadlines
  • Ability to deliver a high level of Customer Service
  • Ability to work within a team environment
  • Must hold Current Drivers Licence
