 About the role


We are seeking positive individuals with good communication skills to become part of our friendly and professional results oriented catering team who offer exceptional service to a wide range of customers seeking an outstanding cruise and leisure experience.

As a Cruise Director reporting  to the Hospitality Manager, you will be responsible for the organisation, supervision and coordination to ensure that every cruise is a success and customers expectations are exceeded. You will have hospitality qualifications and have at least two years experience managing in a restaurant or functions environment. You will have a keen interest in tourism.

Successful candidates will enjoy being part of a focused team, working in a busy food & beverage environment, be responsible, reliable, passionate and dedicated to excellence in food & beverage service.

You must also have a thorough understanding of food safety and hygiene best practices and be able to demonstrate this knowledge.

You will be required to work a 7 day rotating roster including weekends.
