About the Role


An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Villa Services Manager to join our team at Kingfisher Bay Resort. This is a live off island role.

Reporting to the Rooms Division Manager, the Villa Services Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining resort villas and houses to a high standard to deliver positive outcomes and experiences for guests, owners and the Company.


Key Role Requirements

  • Coordinating the schedule for property inspections and condition reports in line with management agreements.
  • Provide regular reports and information to Villa, House or Land Owners to ensure property compliance with resort standards and legislative requirements
  • Ensure effective communication with appropriate resort departments such as housekeeping and maintenance to action rectifications and feedback from inspections.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders to report on post stay charges for any damage & missing items
  • Provide support and guidance to the Villa Coordinator
  • Demonstrate a high level of communication skills with the ability to deal effectively with a broad range of stakeholders
  • Prepare for and attend meetings as requested
  • Work to meet and exceed individual and team deadlines, including key performance measures and goals.
  • Actively support and demonstrate SeaLink’s company vision, C.O.M.P.A.S.S. values and strategic goals.

Skills, Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous demonstrable experience in accommodation management, real-estate or a similar role
  • A valid Police Clearance (dated within the last 6 months) or the ability to obtain one for work
  • A valid QLD drivers licence
  • The ability to work during peak seasonal periods
  • Fit and healthy as position entails physical work
