About the role


The Café Attendants primary function is customer service, product performance and meeting customer expectations in our Penneshaw Terminal. This will include working as part of a team, whilst maintaining excellence in safety, reliability and customer service at all times.


Interpersonal and organisational skills are required and effective communication skills are essential to this position.


The Café Attendant will be responsible for the daily, efficient operations of the Café. Ensuring at all times that our customers’ expectations are being met and their experience with SeaLink is enjoyable & positive. 


The successful applicant will be expected to meet and exceed key performance indicators, whilst displaying a high level of work ethics.


Café Attendants are required to work weekends & public holidays. A roster is provided two weeks in advance and may be amended based on operational changes or requirements.


This position requires energy, commitment, initiative, teamwork, multi-skilling, time management & self-motivation.
