About the Role

 

The Sales Consultant is a ‘Customer Service Superstar’ and often our first contact with customers. Therefore, you will need superior communication skills and have excellent verbal and written communication.  This role requires energy, dedication and multi skilling and offers empowerment and autonomy.  Keen willingness to learn and work towards meeting & exceeding individual and team goals in support of our overall business strategy.

 

It is imperative the Sales Consultant is willing to develop and learn new skills to enable performance of the tasks required in the various Sales Centre departments, including phone, electronic and face-to-face sales, Trade and Groups.  We require reliability and flexibility to cover shifts across a 7-day rotating roster and be a team player.

 

This is a permanent part time opportunity but if you are open to applicants seeking full-time employment.

  • Advanced computer literacy and Microsoft Office skills

Skills, Qualifications & Experience

 

Essential

  • Sales and customer service experience
  • Experience in working in a fast paced team to reach goals

Desirable

  • Qualification in Telecommunications
  • Qualification in Travel and Tourism
  • Experience in the Tourism Industry
  • Experience in the Transport Industry
