With 4 vessels and over 70 staff SeaLink QLD is one of the most significant transport and tour operators in the region, operating daily 18 daily services to beautiful Magnetic Island and 5 services a week to Palm Island.

About the role
The Sales Consultant role requires a high level of interaction with customers. In this front of house role you are responsible for assisting customers with queries and sell ferry tickets and tourism packages.
This role will involve weekend and week day work, hours may vary.
Duties will include:
Meeting and greeting customers
Answering incoming phone calls
Selling ferry tickets and upsell/ cross-sell other tourism products
Inform passengers of departing times
Managing the freight manifest
Recording daily pax numbers
Manage lost property
Manage and reconcile cash registers
