 About the role


We are seeking positive individuals with good communication skills to become part of our friendly and professional results oriented catering team who offer exceptional service to a wide range of customers seeking an outstanding cruise and leisure experience.

As a Grill Cook, working under the Head Chef and Relief Head Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking on the grill, and working on buffet and set menus. You will be qualified and have at least two years experience in a similar environment and have the ability to work well under pressure. A keen interest in tourism and leisure experiences and be very well-presented.

Successful candidates will enjoy being part of a focused team, working in a busy kitchen environment, be responsible, reliable, passionate and dedicated to excellence in food production.

You must also have a thorough understanding of food safety and hygiene best practices and be able to demonstrate this knowledge.

You will be required to work a rotating roster covering breakfast, lunch and dinner hours.
