About Us

 

Torrens Transit has serviced metro Adelaide for over 20 years and is part of the SeaLink Travel Group, an ASX200 listed Company.  We are responsible for delivering bus services across Adelaide’s East West, North South, Outer Northeast, and Outer North with long term government contracts.  Our fleet comprises of over 800 buses with a workforce of more than 1,400 employees.

 

About the Role

 

We currently have vacancies across all our depots. You will be responsible for providing our passengers a safe, efficient, and smooth bus experience and excellent customer service. We operate 7 days a week and our shifts have various start and finish times.

 

About You

  • High standard of presentation with a passion for customer service
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Good communication skills
  • A good driving history
  • Be willing to work all required shifts of the position
  • Sound knowledge of metro Adelaide

What you will need

  • Heavy Rigid (HR) Driver’s licence (desirable) – Car licence holders are encouraged to apply
  • Must be able to obtain Large Passenger (LP) accreditation
  • A Working with Children Check clearance (we will help you with this as part of the recruitment process)
  • Be willing to obtain a National Police Check
  • Be willing to undertake a medical and meet the medical standards for the role
  • Be prepared to undergo competency-based training

It is also a requirement of the role that the successful applicants understand and comply with all Road Safety Rules and Torrens Transit Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) policies and procedures.
